• Managing partner relationships: handling requests, troubleshooting monetization and appeals issues, and building long-term trust.
• Analyzing partner channels through YouTube Analytics and giving concrete recommendations on reach, monetization, and content strategy.
• Preparing clear reports for partners and proactively coming to them with optimization ideas — not waiting to be asked.
• Introducing partners to SubSub products (Analytics, Live, Fan Funding, AI Tools) when they'd genuinely benefit.
• Contributing to learning materials and webinars — from gathering content to going on camera.
• You won't be on your own with partners — you'll have a team that solves problems like these every day.

• 1+ year of experience in client services, account management, or a related role.
• A basic understanding of how YouTube works: algorithms, monetization, analytics, channel settings.
• Strong written English (B2+) and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• The ability to work independently and prioritize your own workload.
• Comfort working with AI tools and using them in your day-to-day.

‍Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with YouTube Studio or YouTube Analytics.
• Personal experience running a channel or working in content production.
• Experience working with media companies or creators/bloggers.
